NATURALLY FARMED BEEF

Our exclusive range of Naturally Farmed Beef is grown by Branga Plains Pastoral Co. in Walcha NSW. This beef cattle operation has been developed over many years, utilising the best available genetics, predominantly in the hereford and angus breeds. Branga Plains is a licensed Meat Standards Australia (MSA) producer which grades meat into an appropriate eating quality. The cattle is grazed under free range conditions on some of the country’s finest pastures. Our partnership with Branga Plains spans over 15 years and ensures a superior product for our customers.

HAMS & SMALLGOODS

Our range of ham, bacon and deli smallgoods are all made fresh on the premises using only 100% Australian Pork. Over the last 15 years, our smallgoods have been awarded numerous industry and Sydney Royal Fine Food medals.

COWRA LAMB BY BREAKOUT RIVER MEATS

Breakout River Meats calls Cowra home which is situated along the banks of the Lachlan River at the head of the Lachlan Valley which is classed as one of the most fertile valleys in the world. Lambs produced in the Cowra region have the reputation of being the best lambs in Australia. The genetics in the breeding are second to none. Put with that the ideal pastures and fodder crops grown in the region make for Cowra Lamb to have the qualifications to boast this title.

PORK

Our Pork is sourced from our long-term supplier Keegan Meats at South Strathfield. Michael Keegan through his family owned business supply all our fresh pork for retail use and our range of Smallgoods, ham and Bacon. Michael sources his pork from only Australian Farmers mainly in Victoria.

Our exclusive range of pies and pastries are freshly produced and sold exclusively in-store. Our range includes traditional chunky beef pies, pinwheel pastries and a variety of pastry rolls. Perfect for a quick and easy meal solution.

STAPLETON HAM, BACON AND SMALLGOODS.

Unlike the majority of butcher shops Stapleton Family Meats in Gymea is a very unique butchery which produces its own Ham, Bacon and smallgoods products fresh on the premises. For over 25 years Ron Stapleton and his smallgoods staff have hand crafted artisan Hams, Bacon and smallgoods using only the freshest Australian Pork and beef. All products are meticulously made using only Australian made ingredients and cooked in our Australian made smoke ovens. Our products have stood the test of time and have won numerous Gold Silver and Bronze medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show as well as industry competitions over the many years. It all started when Charles Harvey Stapleton 1st moved to Sutherland in 1880, building their house where Stapleton Avenue is today. Charles became the first and only butcher in the district, opening the first Stapleton’s butcher shop in 1896.
