Payment
Payment for orders is done via mobile-eftpos when delivered to your door. Transactions are instantaneously sent to the bank for processing while you wait. We accept major credit cards and EFTPOS cards. We also accept Cash.

History
In 1896, the Stapleton family delivered meat to their customers by Horse and Cart, and later in the 1940's by motorbike and side-car.

Today, you can order your meat using the Internet or Phone and we will deliver your fresh meat by refrigerated van!

Home Delivery services have disapeared in recent years, but due to an increasing demand, we have introduced this special Home Shopping service for people who either don't have time, or are physically unable to come to our Gymea Store.

Why is our meat so good?
Our Naturally Farmed Beef is produced exclusively for us by Branga Plains Pastoral Co in Walcha, NSW. Branga Plains is an E.U accredited producer (that means their cattle are accepted by the European Union for export). E.U accreditation is audited by Cattle Care to the highest standard of cattle production. It is YOUR GUARANTEE that the meat has
NO ANTIBIOTICS or GROWTH HORMONES. In short, its simply PURE, NATURAL BEEF. Our beef is processed to export standards at Cassino Abatoires and graded by Meat Standards Australia which guarantees Tenderness, everytime.

Likewise, our lamb is part of our Naturally Farmed range and is also guaranteed a Hormone and Anti-Biotic FREE product.
Our Sausages and Rissoles are all GLUTEN FREE.

Pork
Gooralie Free Range Pork is one of the few producers who are accredited with the RSPCA. Our pigs enjoy a natural grain-based diet with no added growth hormones. All of our pork is Australian Grown and we are proud to be a part of the Australian Pork trademark scheme, guaranteeing that all of our Pork products are produced only using Australian Grown Pork.

Chicken - La Ionica Chickens
Taste the Difference! La Ionica Chickens are free to roam in large sheds and are NOT fed any steroids or hormones. They are fed natural grains, including wheat, barley, oats, soy bean and canola. They are also processed CHEMICAL FREE!

Food Safety
Stapletons make all our own products and process your order at their NSW food authority approved meat retail premises (Lic No: 18671).

Deliveries
Stapleton's do their own deliveries in their fully refrigerated van (Safe Food Approved) ensuring quality when it arrives at your door. We only deliver to the Sutherland Shire and St. George suburbs, however sizable orders will be considered to areas outside our delivery area.

Inner Sutherland Shire Deliveries are made on Mondays and Wednesdays
between 3pm and 7pm

Outer Sutherland Shire and St. George deliveries are made every second Thursday
between 3pm and 7pm

IF NONE OF THESE DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION, PLEASE CONTACT US ON 9525 6066 AND WE WILL TRY TO ARRANGE AN ALTERNATE TIME

You can place your order up to 5 days in advance, orders are required to be submitted before midnight prior to the desired delivery day (i.e: A delivery for Tuesday must be submitted before 12 midnight the night before).

Selection of delivery day and time are done in the 'checkout' steps of your order.

Delivery will be charged at $8 for orders UNDER $100, and orders OVER $100 are free

THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF $70 FOR ALL ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in Home Shopping but you are from outside the suburbs listed on the sign-up form, please call us on 9525 6066 and we will see if we can make arrangements.

Special Requirements
In the checkout steps, you will be given the oppurtunity to outline any specific requirements that you would like to be taken into consideration when your order is made up. Example of this could be: "I like my steaks cut thick" or "I am catering for 9 guests".

Product Ordering
When ordering a specific product, you can choose between two quantity types. You can order by the kg. or by pieces. If you require multiple amounts (pieces) of products with specific weights, please follow these steps:

1. Order the quanity in pieces of the product you want (e.g. 2 X Lamb Leg Roast)
2. In your Special Requirements Area (See Above) you are to enter the weight quantities of the products (e.g. "I Want the first one to be 1.5kg. and the second to be 2kg.")

Packaging
Your order will arrive at your place in a refrigerated delivery van in a sealed, thermal carry bag. For a small fee of $10, we can leave the thermal bag with you so that your order can be packed into the fridge at your convinience. The empty bag will then be swapped for another one with your next delivery.

For a small fee* , things like steak, chops, roasts etc. can be Vacuum Packed for an extended shelf life of 3-4 weeks in a normal refrigerator. They are great for camping trips or travelling or to store meat at home for extended periods of time.

* Fee is dependent upon product, when ordering, please specify what products from your order you want packed in your special requirements area.

Order Totals
The exact total price of your order cannot be determined until the order has been prepared. When the order is prepared, the total price will be entered into your purchases register and emailled to you for your information prior to delivery. The itemised receipt from the scales will be attached to your order on delivery.
